EMG - 10/21/12

3 mile run- tough up hill for most of the first 1.5, fast down hill second 1.5

Run 10 minutes followed by 10 burpees
Run 8 minutes followed by 10 burpees
Run 6 minutes followed by 10 burpees
Run 4 minutes followed by 10 burpees
Run 2 minutes followed by 10 burpees
