EMG - 3/21/13

4 mile tempo run 29 minutes, not feeling it today, more mental than anything I think.  Max pull-ups (11) and dips (9) immediately after.

Evening
Pull-ups 5,5,5,5,5,3(bicycles)

For time burpees/standing db rows 10/2, 9/4, 8/6, 7/8, 6/10...
