As many rounds/repetitions as possible in 12 min:
150 Wall Balls (20-lbs) to 10' target
90 Double Unders
30 Ring Muscle-ups

240

I had 1:30 to get at least one muscle-up and my sorry ass couldn't get one... really pissed off!
