2-min Push-ups:  60
2-min Sit-ups:  80
2-mile Run:  12:53

Push-ups suck!  Satisfied with other scores.


  1. 60 seems pretty good to me, what is your personal best? It doesn't have to be official.

  2. I was doing 90 + or - a few as a cadet and through my 20s. I was probably in the mid 70s to mid 80s until the last few years. I just don't do a lot of push-ups any more. I have also adjusted to doing what CF calls full push-ups in which nose/chin, chest and thighs all touch the ground.
