NHG - Workout for 6/3/12

5 RFT (rounds for time) of:
Run 400m
95lb Overhead Squat x 15 reps

I did all the squat sets unbroken but my 400s were slow after the first one.

  1. Cool, leg strength is definitely a concern for me, but I just don't have the room for large weights. My worry is after running hilly trails at altitude I won't have any kind of hops left for things like the quarter pipe. I hope I can get you to still post your training and tips on hear even after the TM.
