Finally got back to it, although slower than I would like
Sunday 7/29- 7 x 100 m stair repeats with sets of push-ups after each 2 (30,15,12)
Tuesday 7/31- 4.3 mile run
Fri 8/3- 8 x 100 m stair repeats with sets of push-ups after each 2 except the last (33,20,15)
Mon 8/6- 4 miles at elfin' forest
