I did this on a rowing ergometer set at 5


  1. Dude! Kicking ass, I feel like a slob right now. I really need to get back out. I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks.

  2. No excuses... make time for it! I've actually needed the stress relief it provides as I study for my comprehensive written and oral exams.

  3. No excuses, I want to be out there, and I need the stress relief as well. I don't know how Meadow as put up with my grumpy ass.
