EMG - 6/14/13

14.5 mile run a hair over 2 hours.  I was not feeling it when I started, and most of the time lost from last week was in the first 3 or 4 miles, if anything I think I made up time on the back end.

max pull-ups 12 (almost got the 13th, but I don't think my chin cleared the bar)
