EMG - 6/18/13
After two days of mediocre runs and workouts, that were just enough to keep the muscles and joints loose, I finally got a good workout in.
4 x 400m (+10 GHD sit-ups) 1:11(1:52), 1:10(1:48), 1:12(1:51), 1:12(1:52)
