EMG - 6/7/13

Crapped out on my tempo run yesterday, I think I ran too hard on Tuesday.

Got some new shoes, same as the old shoes just a different color.  I can't think of a better way to break them in than a nice long 14 mile run.

EDIT: Went 14.5 ish in about 1:57 just a bit over 8 min pace, which means I was pretty constant.  My first mile was 8:05.
