I hate buckin' furpees!  They were by far the most challenging part of this workout!

  1. Burpees do indeed suck. When I go for road runs I usually do them when I am stuck at lights. I think I get a better workout from those than the run. I haven't posted my workouts this week because I am tapering for a 5K this Sun.
