Supertough! Can you do 40 pull-ups and 30 one-legged squats continous, or do you have to break? Also, seems like you have been doing more running intervals. Any reason or those are just the workouts that are being listed on the main site?
ReplyDeleteWorkouts listed on CrossFit site lately have included more running. No, I can't do 40 pull-ups consecutively, especially as part of a workout like this. I break it up as needed with 3-5 sec rests. I can't do one-legged squats... I have to hold onto something to help stabilize... I am getting better at them.
