EMG - 2/17/13

4 hill repeats with intermittent push-ups 5 x 20  I don't know how far the hill repeats were 50-60 yards I would guess.  All I know is I was glad when I was done.

pull-ups 5, 5, 5, 4, 3  on the sets that I couldn't do 5 I kept my arms flexed on the last one and bicycled my legs as long as I could.

10 burpees, 2 bent DB rows, 9,4,8,6,7,8...etc. to 1, 20  for time, but I didn't time it.
