EMG - 2/3/13

I did 4 x 160 m hill repeats with 20 push-ups after each one total of 80

I have been working out quite a bit, but other than running (to get my mileage up) it hasn't been very organized.  Just getting in what I can when I can.  A lot of pull-ups, bar-dips, burpees, box jumps, and core stuff.  Mainly because I feel these are my week points.

Hey, are civilians allowed to do the West Point obstacle course?

  1. If you are interested and make a visit when it is set-up, I'm sure we can let you take a stab at it. You'd need a little lesson first on the shelf and bars combo and you'd also need to practice your rope climb. Other than that, you can figure it out.
