Yesterday I did a max set of pull-ups (8) 2 min max for sit-ups (46) and push-ups (34 in 1:30ish) my elbow locked up after 20 push-ups. I did an untimed set of 26 push-ups afterward.
Today I did 4 rounds for time: 45 sec recovery
run 400 m (1:12) + 10 GHD sit-ups = 2:04
400 m (1:14)+ 10 = 2:20
400 m (1:17)+ 10 = 2:29
400 m (1:21)+ 10 = 2:34
