EMG - 9/25/12

5 x 5 pull-up (I shouldn't even call it this anymore, since I haven't done 25 yet)  no weight this time 5,5,4,3,2


3 sets for time
10 x 24 in box jumps and 15 single arm (15 lbs)kettle bell swing each arm
4:42

8 knees to elbows.  These went well, probably up the number next time.
20 each side oblique crunches
20 sit-ups
