5 sets of weighted pull-ups

8 lbs(5), 6 lbs(5), 4 lbs(4), 0 lbs(3), 0 lbs(1)  I really suck at pull-ups and it frustrates the shit out of me.


3 rounds for time 10 dumbbell power clean to thruster, 10 burpees  4:08

8 knees to elbows
20 sit-ups
20 oblique crunches each side
