NHG - 9/4/12

Deadlift:  5 x 3 at 85% 1RM
287, 309, 309, 309, 309

85% of 1RM is 297, but I was using kg plates so decided to round up.  Good workout!

I took the weekend off to relax.  Played 3 rounds of golf and a little wakeboarding.
