EMG - 9/2/12

4 rounds for time:

run 400 m + 15 GHD sit-ups = 2:15
400 m + 10 = 2:45
400 m + 10 = 3:10
400 m + 5 = ?

My first time doing this, I think I spent as much time in transition as anything.  I hit failure on the way down from #5 on the fourth set.

  1. Yeah... you have to be careful with the GHD Sit-ups... can cause some serious abdominal soreness
