3 sets with 2 minute recovery

10 Chin-ups (only managed 6 and 5 for sets 2 and 3)
25 Diamond pushups
15 Hindu Squats
1 Hanging pull-up (hold as long as you can)
10 Elevated Push-ups
15 Burpees
