warm-up 10 min of jumprope
3 sets for time:
10 x 24 in box jumps
10 x (2)15 lb dumbbell lunges each leg
4:30
5 x 10 (1)50 lb dumbbell power squats 30 sec recovery
10 knees to elbows
20 side crunches each side
30 sit-ups
