4 mile tempo run (6:48, 6:51, 7:21, 7:17) still going out too fast, but I came really close to getting all under 7:17
5 sets of pull-ups 5,5,5,5,4 almost got the last one too.

10 x db clean to thruster (2 x 15 lb), 10 burpees. forgot to start watch
