Morning: 4 mile run moderate pace

Evening:
5 sets of pull ups 5,5,5,4,3

3 sets for time
8 x T push-ups 15 lb dumb bells, 10 x 3-way dumb bell rows (15 lb)

8 knees to elbows
20 oblique crunches each side
20 sit-ups
